@FXWFXW1504, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Blank Page Printing on HP Envy 4250!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your HP Envy 4250 is printing blank pages despite having full ink cartridges, here are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Check Printer Software Update:
- Ensure your printer's firmware and drivers are up to date. Visit HP's Official Driver and Software Page to check for updates specific to your printer model.
Run Printhead Cleaning:
- Access the printer's maintenance menu through the control panel or HP software on your computer, and run the printhead cleaning utility. This process clears any blockages in the printheads.
Align the Printer:
- Make sure the printer is properly aligned. Use the alignment feature available in the printer’s control panel or HP utility software.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Ensure that the cartridges are installed correctly and that protective tapes have been removed. Reinstall the cartridges to ensure they are seated properly.
Check Printhead Condition:
- Inspect the printheads for any visible damage or ink leakage. If damaged, the printheads may need to be replaced.
Perform a Test Print:
- Attempt a test print from the printer software or control panel to see if any ink appears on the paper. This can help identify if the issue is with the printing process or software.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
