@SKE1044, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

Let's address both of your concerns with the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4929:

Issue 1: Mini Xerox in Top Right Corner

This usually happens due to incorrect copy settings. Here's how to fix it:

Use the HP Smart App/HP App:

  • Download or open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC: HP Smart
  • Select your printer > Tap Copy.
  • Choose Paper Size and Fit to Page options.
  • Make sure Scaling is set to Fit to Page or Actual Size.

Using Printer Control Panel:

  • Place the document properly on the scanner glass (aligned to the front-right corner).
  • Press the Copy Black or Copy Color button.
  • If the copy is still small, try pressing the button twice quickly to increase the number of copies or scaling (some models support this shortcut).

Issue 2: Must Press Button for Each Page While Printing

This sounds like the printer is in manual feed mode or waiting for paper confirmation. Try the following:

Disable 'Prompt for Paper' Setting:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer > Printing Preferences.
  • Under Paper/Quality, ensure Paper Source is set to Automatic or Main Tray.
  • Apply and save changes.

Use HP Smart App or HP Easy Start to reinstall the driver:

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • In HP Smart app > Printer Settings > Advanced Settings > Tools > Printer Updates.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
