I'm trying to print Avery Labels 2163 (page size 4.25" x 11")  I can't find a place on my Printer Page Size to enter a 'custom paper size' and none of the choices are the size I need for this template.  Does anyone know how I can set the printer up to print this size Label correctly?

@JMJ4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

According to the printer specifications, this printer does not support printing on 4.25x11 paper. You may check the paper-handling section to see the supported media.

To create a custom size paper setting, refer to - Creating Custom Paper Sizes

Make sure the media is properly loaded in the input tray - Loading Paper, Envelopes

For more info on printing labels from your PC, refer to - Printing Labels for Addresses, CDs, DVDs, and More

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
