Hi @Lakelife24,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Print Job Settings:

  • Open the document you are trying to print and go to "File" > "Print" in your application.
  • Click on "Printer Properties" or "Preferences" and check for any settings related to binding, duplex printing, or finishing options.
  • Ensure that the settings are appropriate for the paper type and size you are using. For example, if you're using single-sided printing, make sure duplex options are disabled.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Outdated drivers may cause unexpected errors. Download and install the latest driver for the HP Pro MFP 3301 sdw from the HP Support website.

Check Paper Size and Type:

  • Ensure that the paper size and type settings in the printer driver match the paper loaded in the printer.
  • Mismatched settings can often lead to errors such as "Unsupported Binding."

Reset Printer Settings:

  • You can reset the printer settings from the control panel. This can sometimes resolve configuration issues.
  • Refer to the printer's user manual for steps on how to perform a factory reset.

Try a Different Application:

  • Sometimes the problem can be specific to the application you are printing from. Try printing from another application to see if the issue persists.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date. Firmware updates can resolve known issues and improve printer performance.

I hope this helps.
