My printer keeps printing double sided, even when the option is turned off. None of the solutions I have been given work. This will certainly be the last HP printer I buy - I can't even get help from HP without extra.

Understood.

 

True - The Warranty that comes with the printer is limited in both duration AND in what it covers. 

Typically, the free warranty that came with this model was for one year for covered hardware components.

 

True, too - Should you wish to make use of HP Support paid services, these are not free.

 

If you wish to do so, you can describe the solutions you've tried and ask for other options.

 

Should you decide to ask...

Be sure to include with your "tried this" description:

  • Device (computer, tablet, phone),
  • Operating System / version,
  • App / Software you are using.

 

OR

If you wish only to "vent, be done, and be gone", that's OK, too.

We do not judge.
