Product: HP Laserjet MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have HP Laserjet MFP M281fdw connected to our WiFi network, serving 2 PCs. It used to work for both PCs.

Now PC #2 cannot print anymore: the job is stuck in spooler with status = error (no more information).

However:

- the other PC #1 can print = the network is correctly configured

- On #2, HP-Smart can “talk” with the printer, print a test page, …

- On #2, scanner is operative

- #2 can print via USB

Of course I have done everything possible: uninstall, re-install, and again, HP print and scanner doctor, etc…

Could you please help?
