Hi @Kicker2966

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the paper size and type settings in the print dialog match the paper you are using.

Test Print from Different Apps:

  • Try printing from different apps to see if the issue persists across all of them.

Update or Reinstall Drivers:

  • Make sure you have the latest drivers installed. You can check HP's website for updates. Sometimes reinstalling the driver can help resolve printing issues.

Check for Margins:

  • In the document you are trying to print, check the margin settings. If the margins are set too wide, it may result in printing only on one side.

Print a Test Page:

  • Print a test page directly from the printer's control panel (if available) or from the settings menu on your computer. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or the document.

Inspect the Toner Cartridge:

  • Make sure the toner cartridge is properly seated. Remove and reinstall it to ensure a good connection. Also, check for any toner leaks or issues.

Check Paper Alignment:

  • Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and that the guides are snug against the paper.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
