Printing failed, error message said "One or more cartridges damaged or missing"

HP OfficeJet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Print jobs keep failing, gives error message that says "one or more cartridges is damaged or missing". Despite the fact that the cartridges did not appear to be damaged, definitely not missing, I replaced them with new cartridges purchased directly from HP to the tune of about $70, installed them, still getting same message, only now it randomly assigns this to one of  the colors, one, then another. None of the recommended steps has resolved the issue.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Have you tried all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6830-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5390307/docum...?

If yes, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
