Product: Hp laserjet 479dfw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an hp 479dfw printer that was working fine.  Then we started getting a faint grey background on all of our prints.  We have swapped out 3 different black toner cartridges but it has bot resolves the problem.  We have done belt cleaning through the co trol panel screen and test prints with no improvements.  The same happens whether scanning, copying or printing from my phone, or windows 10 desktops.  All the drivers are up to date.  What could the problem be?  The printer is only a year old?!
