HP Recommended

I can't print in colour, from my Mac. I am not getting the option to print in colour.

When I print back to back, it does so upsidedown on 2nd page, and it misses out all even numbered pages

My husband can print in colour, and all OK on back to back printing, from his Mac.

All colour cartridges are full.
