Welcome to the HP Community.
I have no idea what you are doing, of course.
Much depends on the software / application you are using AND the document setup / configuration.
Assuming for the moment that the printer and the software are installed and still working as they ought,
Check how the print job has been configured.
One way this can happen ...
Open file in Adobe Reader DC
Click the Print icon
In the Main menu >> Adjust the options for Page Size, Orientation, and other settings
Open Properties, select a Shortcut > and then try to outsmart the already set options by again selecting orientation.
Save the settings > exit the Properties menu > back on the main menu, click Print
What?
The "doubled" orientation settings configuration confuses the setup and the document is not printed as expected.
How to fix?
Adjust the settings on the main print menu - in Properties, select the Shortcut and the paper size.
