HP Recommended

My hp Officejet pro 8720 printer  (usb cable connected to computer) does not print- every print command ends with "unable to print" error message. The touch screen is mostly stuck. 

The farthest I've got with printing was the upper part of the page and the rest was blank- but that happened only once.

I've unplugged and reconnected its electricity cable with no success.

help would be appreciated
