Hi @TractorAma,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your printer may be stuck in a loop or there could be a queue issue. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this.

Cancel All Print Jobs:

  • Open your printer queue on your computer.
  • Cancel all print jobs that are currently in the queue.

Restart Your Printer:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from power.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Clear Print Spooler (Windows):

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter.
  • In the Services window, scroll down to find "Print Spooler".
  • Right-click on "Print Spooler" and select Stop. Wait a few seconds, then right-click it again and select Start.

Clear Print Queue (Mac):

  • Open System Preferences and select Printers & Scanners.
  • Select your printer, then click Open Print Queue.
  • Click Jobs in the toolbar, then click Delete or Remove to delete all print jobs.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Sometimes outdated printer drivers can cause printing issues. Make sure your printer drivers are up to date by visiting the HP website and downloading the latest drivers for your printer model.

Reset Printer (if necessary):

  • Consult your printer's manual or HP support for instructions on how to perform a factory reset if the issue persists after trying the above steps.

These steps should help clear any stuck print jobs and resolve the issue of continuous printing or jobs getting stuck in the queue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
