Printing issues after ink replacement

After installing new ink cartridges my printer prints pages that are barely visible, if visible at all. Ink levels are good, I’ve cleaned and aligned the print head but still the pages come out mostly blank. Is the print head done? Any ideas? It will print some gray or color on the page but no black.

This could be an issue with the ink cartridges or the ink system. If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
