Printing lines

HP ENVY PHOTO 6255
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had the printer for 6 months but have rarely used it.  It prints with lines through everything.  I haven't even printed 50 pages with at least half of those being prints to figure out why it doesn't work.  I have tried everything suggested by the app.  Every single restart, reinstall, cleaning, etc.  nothing works.

You will need to replace one or both cartridges because the ink has dried in the printheads.

You must use the printer at least once every 5 days to keep it in good running order.
