Please refer to the repeated issue with the HP LaserJet MFP72625 printer (Serial No.Edited).Despite multiple service visits and part replacements—including the developer unit—over the past several months, the problem remains unresolved. Kindly find below the complaint history for your reference:

Despite these efforts, a permanent solution has not been achieved. It appears that the root cause has not been properly identified, possibly due to limitations in technical expertise. We respectfully request that a qualified and experienced engineer be assigned to this case to thoroughly diagnose and resolve the issue.
Note: If you believe the issue is related to voltage, kindly confirm what voltage level is required for optimal functioning of this unit. This will help us ensure that the environment meets the necessary specifications
