Meanwhile, you can try these steps.

 

Check Ink or Toner Levels

Ensure all cartridges have sufficient ink or toner.

Replace any low or empty cartridges.

Clean Printheads

Use the printer’s built-in cleaning utility to clean the printheads.

For HP printers, this is usually found in the printer software under Maintenance or Tools.

Check Paper Type

Make sure you are using the correct paper type for your print job.

Avoid using damaged or damp paper.

Align Printheads

Run the printer’s printhead alignment utility to ensure cartridges are properly aligned.

Update Printer Drivers

Download and install the latest drivers from the HP Support Website.

Outdated drivers can sometimes cause poor print quality.

Check Print Settings

Verify the print quality settings in the print dialog.

Select Best or High Quality instead of Draft or Fast mode.

Perform a Test Print

Print a test page to see if the problem persists after cleaning and alignment.
