Product: HPOfficeJet6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printing on my HP6968 printer suddenly stopped or at times is very light. Replaced ink cartridge, and cleaned printer head at least 10 times with no improvement. Also tried a lot of tips found on this site to no avail. Help....at the end of my rope and need to buy a new printer if I cannot get this one working. only a year old.

HI Betty,

 

I tried all these steps and still not printing in Black....prints in color though but you need black for a majority of print jobs.....just purchased the Officejet 6978. Any suggestions on what I should do with my 6968?
