Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

My printer status shows connected to Wi-Fi, some times it prints from Laptop and iPhone, but other times I spend an hour to get connected.

What are the basic settings I have to have such that I can be connected to the same wi-fi network printer and whether laptop or iphone, I select print and I get results?

 

I am currently getting "the printer is not responding", ugh.
