Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: iOS

When I am printing, images are printed with a black background instead of just on the white paper. In the print preview, everything looks fine, but when it prints, it is black. I have tried cleaning the printheads, changing the window background in preferences to white, and uninstalling and reinstalling my device. Any help is appreciated.
