Product: Hp desk jet 1510

I have downloaded the program to set up my printer on my computer but the test page keeps saying waiting for printer to become available. But it’s been giving me that message for about an hour and nothing has happened how do I proceed

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • How is the printer connected, USB/Wireless?
  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?
