Hi @Field2020,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY Photo 7134 is not printing and jobs are stuck in the queue, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Troubleshooting Steps:
Check Printer Status:
- Ensure the printer is turned on and connected to the network (Wi-Fi or USB).
Clear the Print Queue:
- On your computer, go to Devices and Printers (Windows) or Printers & Scanners (Mac).
- Find your printer, right-click (or Control-click) it, and select See what’s printing.
- Cancel all documents in the queue.
Set Printer as Default:
- Ensure your HP ENVY Photo 7134 is set as the default printer in your system settings.
Restart Print Spooler (Windows):
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
- Find Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Uninstall the current driver and reinstall the new one.
Check for Software Updates:
- Make sure your operating system and the HP Smart app (if installed) are up to date.
Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows):
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool from the HP website to diagnose and fix printing issues.
Check Firewall/Antivirus Settings:
- Ensure your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking the printer’s connection.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
