hello my printer is the smart tank 530 model, at the time of printing from my computer it does not accept the formats that I order it to print, the office is legal, it always appears that the loaded paper is not correct and moves the sheets and therefore the printing comes out bad.

What you do depends on what is happening and the type of document / content you are printing.

Suggestions

• Check that your full driver printer software is installed.
• Check that the paper is supported for Size, Type, and Weight (Specifications)
• Check / Adjust the Default Paper settings in EWS for Tray and Paper
• Check that the job is configured completely and correctly.

If the document won't print because the Word document structure is not recognized,

Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.

Reminder

If you are running a supported version of Windows, you need not depend only on HP Smart -  There is a full driver printer software package for this printer.  Software includes HP Scan for scanning PDF and Images (Photos). 

The full driver supports printing from your other installed print and scan software programs, including Office Software (Word).

The full driver also provides manual support for printing duplex.

Ask if you need help to (re)install the full driver.

NOTE:  Find printer IP address

Section Open the EWS over a local network orientation

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

If you have difficulty printing the document from within Word,

Consider / Try

Export the document to PDF (and save).

Print the document using HP Smart or perhaps Adobe Reader DC

Reminder

Printing this way does not automatically correct the Tray and Paper Settings --

The printer must be aware of the tray and paper defaults.
