Prints in small letters

The print size has changed to very small letters. Do not know why?

Software / Application?

Just emails?

If emails, just emails in Windows Mail?

If yes - Emails in Windows Mail...

The printer is fine.

Use a different mail application to print emails.

What?  It's not "just you".

At this writing,

Windows Mail has fallen into the abyss (app is broken).

Check at Microsoft Community - We do not have a fix for Windows Mail.

I have an HP Officejet 5740 printer. All of a sudden some of my email receipts when I print them print in very small letters.

What should be a full page it only covers about 10% of the page. Can someone help me?  Thank you.

If you are using Windows Mail,

The answer for this thread is valid for all printers.

If you are not using Windows Mail, start a new thread - mention what you are using (printer and software), and what you have tried already to fix the problem.
