Hej,

Styresystem:    Win. 10

Printer:               HP Deskjet 5230 - All in One

Jeg har problemer med at udskrive et Word 365 dokument, hvor jeg ønsker at printe i A5 format, og på begge sider.

Jeg får denne fejl meddelelse:

Uanset hvad jeg finder på, vil dette dokument ikke udskrive på begge sider. 

Jeg har startet et nyt dokument og kopieret min tekst og mine billeder over. Alligevel får jeg denne fejl 😞

Er der gode mennesker som kan hjælpe mig?
