Hallo,

Ich habe seit gestern bei meinem 4 Jahre alten  Officejet Pro 6970 die Fehlermeldung "Problem mit dem Druckkopf".

Mitten unter einem Druckauftrag kahm dieser Fehler und geht seitdem auch nicht mehr weg. 

Habe schon ein paar Mal den Netzstecker gezogen und auch die Tintenpatronen raus genommen, aber nichts half weiter!

Habe gestern dann auch die Firmware upgedatet, ohne weiteren Erfolg!

Ich habe von Anfang an nur originale Tintenpatronen von HP Instant Ink benutzt.

Kann ich den Drucker jetzt wegwerfen?
