HP LaserJet M110we Printer

I have a HP Laserjet M110we printer that is giving me some issues in the last few days. When I start it the alarm signal (!) keeps flashing. In this status the printer will not print unless I press the Cancel/Resume button. Then it print the print status resume and, after that, I'm able to print. In that paper the problem is just described as: " Check Your Account - A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print soon unless the issue is resolved."

I don't have the InstantInk plan but I purchase my own cartridge, which is original and have been just changed.

Hi @Francesco109 , Buon giorno,

 

1. All the Laserjet M110we printers needs to follow a registration procedure in the HP Smart Plus - Activate page.

2. No need to have Instant Ink, only you need to setup your HP Smart Plus account.

 

3. The procedure to register your printer in HP Smart Plus is explained in the next video about minute 3:50

Hi, thank you for your answer.

My printer is already registered (I brought it 2 years ago) and it correctly match the information, like personal name, wifi network ext, on the hp smart web page. I really don't know what the problem could be. 

I'll the link you got to contact the support to get morn information.
