Printer says the printerhead needs to be cleaned. No procedures are available. How can I get printer working again?

Hi @CSca,

I'd like to help!

follow the instructions below to clean the printhead-

  1. Load plain white paper into the tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon .

  3. Swipe the display to scroll to Printer Maintenance, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

  4. Touch Clean Printhead.

Could you brief me on the printer issue?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
