Problem with ink or printing system

HP Officejet 6600 E:all in one
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have been having problems with my printer.  Error message says "ink or printing system error". I have replaced the cartridges, but only need to use black ink.  I have also flushed the printhead with cleaning solution. I still get error messages that say "the printhead cannot move" or "replace cartridges" or "uninstall and reinstall cartridges". Nothing I have done has seemed to work.  I am all about trying to figure it out myself, but clearly cannot do that in this situation. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled new firmware/drivers.

Any help would be nice.
