Hi @laurencelussan, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The "A problem has occurred with your HP account" error on your HP LaserJet M110we Printer is likely related to HP+ or Instant Ink services, which require a stable connection to your HP account. Here are some possible reasons and fixes:
Troubleshooting Steps:
Restart Your Printer & Devices
- Turn off your printer, Wi-Fi router, and computer/phone.
- Wait 1-2 minutes, then turn them back on.
- Check if the error persists.
Verify Internet Connection
- Ensure your printer is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- If your printer is in sleep mode, wake it up and check the connection.
Sign Out & Sign Back Into Your HP Account
- Open HP Smart on your computer or mobile device.
- Sign out of your HP account.
- Sign back in and check if the error disappears.
Reconnect the Printer to HP Smart
- Open the HP Smart app.
- Remove the printer from your account.
- Click Add Printer and follow the steps to re-add it.
Check HP+ or Instant Ink Status
- If you use HP+ or Instant Ink, log in to your account at HP Connected and check if your subscription is active.
Reset the Printer
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons for 5 seconds until the light blinks.
- Reconnect your printer to Wi-Fi and HP Smart.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
