Problem with print heads black and yellow

HP Recommended
Office jet pro 8500
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I just put new print heads in and I’m getting a message that says the following print heads have a problem. Black/yellow. Can not have new cartridges trigger this message?

Did you get the same error while using the old printheads?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, this could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

No. Didn’t get any error. Just wasn’t aligning. I was able to print a few pages then got the error message
