Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

have a HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One. says problem with printer head. tried cleaning printer head multiple times. Still does not work. printer was unused for 3 years. i was told when this happens and it says problem with printer head that the printer is not fixable and i need to get a new printer. is this true?

Yes, it's very likely that the new printer would be cheaper than an old printer repair in this case.
