Problem with printing

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet 4650
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I changed my ink cartridges today. The print and alignment test worked perfectly. I subsequently wanted to print a PDF document, but every time I tried to do so, a message in the print box of the computer told me '' error printing ''. I have tried to print other formats, such as an image, but without success. I tried to fix the problem through the computer by having the problem searched, it did not work. Subsequently, I tried with the HP SMART app, but that didn't work either. I finished by trying the HP docor app ... but nothing works. I also attempted to print through the HP SMART app to see if that would allow me to print ... but without success. However, scanning works from the SMART HP application. I really don't know what to do anymore .... Can you help me please ....
