Hi, I have an error showing which says there is a problem with the supply system. It's only the yellow cartridge it's saying there is an issue with. I can't do any maintenance and I've tried multiple cartridges which include a genuine cartridge and a remanufactured cartridge. Could it be the print head as I can't imagine it's the ink.

Hi Garp,

Thanks for coming back to me.

I have already tried all those things you suggested amongst others. I've seen it been an issue for other people and there's been a lot of suggestions on how to fix it. I've tried different cartridges, factory resets, power resets, HP smart diagnose and fix doesn't show any issues, firmware is the latest, soaked the printhead, used warm water in a syringe to loosen any dry ink, removing print head and putting it back in and wiggling it as the guide suggests. Nothing.

I have genuinely tried everything but no joy. What are my next steps? It worked perfectly fine up to around 3 weeks ago until I changed the non-hp yellow cartridge to another non-HP one, which is what I've been using for many years. I've also tried an HP cartridge but no joy.

Any further suggestions would be appreciated.
