Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

I bought an original hp ink.  Upon installing it, an error comes out that says there is a problem with the printer or the ink system.  If I put back the old depleted ink, the error does not come out although it says I need to change it.

Any solution to this?
