Hola, estimados miembros de la comunidad

 

tengo un problema con mi impresora HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426dw, al imprimir un documento en especifico, la impresora imprime la primera hoja y al momento de imprimir la segunda muestra un error que el papel no es el esperado que tengo que cargar 8,5 x 13 en la bandeja 2, esto no sucede en otros documentos que se imprimen, solo sucede en este documento, espero que me puedan ayudar.
