Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

My printer is printing with banding effect in color. I cleaned the printheads using the printer function, nothing. I cleaned the printheads using a special liquid I purchased for $25, nothing. However, sometimes it prints OK in photo paper but you notice the banding effect at the beginning and at the end of the printing process for approximately one inch. Any ideas or suggestions?
