Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to speak with a manager regarding a specific issue with my printer.  this printer is out of warranty.  however, it has been barely used and it presenting and ink cartridge issue that is not related to the printer head nor the ink cartridge
