Queue not transferring documents to printer

My Deskjet 2655 does not receive documents from the queue.  The problem is in the queue software or my OS (Win 10 64 bit) somewhere because I can print successfully from my phone.  I have run the Print and Scan Doctor 5.3.1 with no success.  I have made sure that all of my updates are installed and I have checked that the laptop and the printer are connected to the same bandwidth on the network.
