Looking for help since I no longer use hp services for ink refills pretty sure they tried to disable my printer. When I called for help was told I would have to pay 19.95 for help. Extortion I will never purchase another HP printer. If I kept the ink service they would help. Too.many problems Constantly not able to print. Would call hp for help most agents did not know what they are doing. To being spoke to rude since I decided to cancel service.  Then they would hang up on me or transfer to someone who could barely speak English.

Hi @AnnSara,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience and the frustration it has caused. Please know that cancelling the HP Instant Ink service should not disable your printer. Once the service ends, you can continue using it with regular HP cartridges purchased from a retailer of your choice.

Regarding your support experience, we take feedback about customer service very seriously. Our goal is to ensure all customers receive respectful, knowledgeable assistance, regardless of whether they use HP Instant Ink or not. We apologize if your interactions did not meet that standard.

We’d like to investigate your printer issue further and see if we can help restore normal printing. If you can share your printer model and any error messages you’re seeing, we can guide you through the troubleshooting steps without any charge on the post.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
