I clicked on the link and it said that page could not be found. I clicked on the Private message icon by my name and didn't get any results either.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I really needed to get a label printed so I could get a package to the post office by 4:30.  That's not going to happen.  Could you please send me some instructions again.

I have the HP DeskJet Plus 4152. I ran out of the initial black cartridge that came with the printer. I purchased a new HP cartridge and inserted it. I had to take it out and put it back in 3 times until it recognized the new ink. The printer won't print. The power light continues to blink. I performed all tasks of the Print/Scan Doctor without success. I am very unhappy with this printer. I have used HP printers for 30 years but they were all more expensive. Now that I am retired I trusted this less expensive model to service my needs. I was told by Walmart that I could not return it due to the pandemic. Please HELP
