I have the ENVY 4500. It says "The following ink cartridge(s) must be replaced." with an oval mark. I ordered a new HP 61 black cartridge. Installed. It says that original HP cartridge is installed. I  printed 1 good page of document. Upon printing the second page, the same error massage shows up: "The following ink cartridge(s) must be replaced." with an oval mark. I took the black cartridge out, cleaned with my eyeglass cloth multiple times. The same error msg remains. I'm not able to print anything. Please help!

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error on your Envy 4500 printer.  You might try a clean coffee filter as the "lint free cloth".  A glasses cleaner (probably microfiber) cloth may have picked up fibers, especially if you use a cleaning fluid in the cloth as I do.  Note, you should only clean the electrical contacts, not the nozzle area.
