I am helping a client of mine out with a M29w that is inaccessible via network and will not set up via the wifi setup wizard. I've attempted several resets such as holding the wifi button for 20 seconds, but none have succeeded.
Before the issue began I performed the latest firmware update, and also added a admin password to the printer and enabled https. After doing those three tasks the printer is only accessible via USB no matter what I try.
Can you please let me know what the steps are to perform a factory reset on the HP LaserJet MFP M29w?
