I AM MAD AS HELL! YOU PEOPLE AT HP TOOK ME FOR OVER 4600 FOR THIS PRINTER, (THE 7612) AND THERE IS NO SERVICE GUIDE AVAILABLE OR HELP ON THE INTERNET AT ALL WHEN THE PRINT HEAD TAKES A CRAP!!!!! ALL THE SO-CALLED EXPERTS GIVE YOU 2 CHOICES; CLEAN THE PRINT HEAD, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH A REGULAR PHILLIPS SCREW DRIVER, OR SCRAP IT AND BUY ANOTHER EXPENSIVE PIECE OF CRAP. IF I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER PRINTER, IT SURE AS HELL WON'T BE A HEWLETT-PACKARD. I HAD TO JUNK MY DESK-TOP A YEAR AGO BECAUSE I COULDN'T REPLACE THE CPU FAN!!!!! A STUPID LITTLE FAN THAT I HAVE REPLACED IN OTHER COMPUTERS ABOUT 15 TIMES!!! I EVEN WENT TO DIGI-LINK AND BOUGHT A BARE-BONES COMPUTER, WHICH MEANT ONLY THE MOTHERBOARD WAS IN IT!!!! I BOUGHT EVERYTHING ELSE I WANTED, i BUILT A FIGHTING MACHINE FOR MY HOME BASED BUSINESS. IT LASTED 6 YEARS. I BOUGHT A LAPTOP A YEAR AGO AT WAL-MART, HAD TO TAKE IT BACK IN A WEEK BECAUSE OF SOME DIRE HARD-DRIVE MESSAGE BEFORE THE PIECE OF CRAP WOULD EVEN BOOT UP. SO I TOOK IT BACK, AND I'M ON MY 2ND HARD DRIVE IN THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!! WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT THE FIRST ONE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CD/DVD DRIVE IN IT? I MADE SURE THIS ONE DID. BUT THEN I FOUND OUT THE NEW ONE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH RAM TO RUN MY FAVORITE PROGRAMS!!!!! THERE GOES ANOTHER $180!!!! I'M GOING TO NEED MY EQUIPMENT MORE AND MORE BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND GOING TO RE-START MY HOME-BASED BUSINESS BECAUSE I'M GOING CRAZY SITTING AT HOME WATCHING TV!!!! I'M NOT GOING TO A NURSING HOME, THE'LL HAVE TO CART ME OUT OF MY HOUSE!!!!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
