@metrolinks, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To assist you better, are you able to bypass this error and access the home screen of the printer?
If the printer is stuck on this screen, you will not be able to perform the reset.
However, I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello, Same issue with same model, newest firmware:
HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in One
Product Number: 1KR42A
Status Expired
Start Date: April 23, 2020
End Date: April 22, 2021
One item of note, printer was used lightly and the issue seemed to occur when the access point manufacturer changed.
Same SSID and PSK.
Factory reset instructions please?
