Re: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 has Blue Screen with code B305DFF9 showing on the screen.

I have the same issue with my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015. Using HP Instant Ink cartridges only. Tried factory reset. Turn on printer and within 10 minutes getting B305DFF9 blinking blue screen. I have to literally plug it in and print immediately then unplug the printer. Out of warranty. 


What is the solution?

I'd like to help!


We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue


  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
