My printer works briefly when I disconnect it from power source and may be able to print 1 or 2 pages before this code reappears.
How do I do a reset to permanently fix this issue?
Thanks for any directions!!

Hi @slmn33,
I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi - I am also regularly experiencing the B305DFF9 issue despite trying some of the workarounds suggested on the thread (ie firmware, power off etc). Can an HP Support Agent contact me with the reset instructions per "follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer." ?

Hello, could you please help me. I have HP Pro 9025. As soon as I plug it and it stays on for more than 5 minutes, it shows the blinking blue light with the error message B305Dff9. I've tried all the steps and none work. The issue has been there for a few months. Please help, I am going crazy with this blinking error.
