I have the same problem with my OJ Pro 9010. The B305DFF9 message will go away for only a few minutes after I unplug and restart the printer. Will the restore to factory defaults solution work on the 9010? Could someone send me a message on how to perform? Thanks. I am getting desperate.

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
