I continuously receive a "printer in error" state message.  I did everything that has been suggested to no avail.  The model is an Officejet Pro 9020.  

 

1.   I reconnected the wi-fi and assured it is connected.

2.   Ran the diagnostic program.

3.   Reinstalled the printer and drivers

4.   and everything else from turning it off, disconnecting electric plug, restarting etc.

 

I have had nothing but issues with this printer and another HP model.  I will try any logical action to resolve this issue.
