Re: Remove and reinstall Ink Cartridge message

Hi All

 

I have exactly the same problem with my "HP ENVY Photo 6234" printer. I have replaced the colour cartridge by another one sent by HP and I keep getting the following message :" remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed".

 

If anyone has the solution to this problem, would you mind posting it to me?

Just to confirm that I have received the cartridges. By replacing the existing ones with the new ones, this has sorted the problem. The printer is now working.
